The Sophia Marie Patisserie is named after Pastry Chef Stacia’s Daughter, who has made her realize that the special times in her life when was she spent time with her grandmothers in the kitchen baking. Her grandmothers nationalities are from France, Italy, and Argentina. Chef Stacia Palomeque has completed modern Bakery and Pastry degree at the Culinary Arts Institute to ensure that every item is created with classic and traditional methods of a French Patisserie coupled along with family recipes passed down through the generations and even some recipes that she has created herself.
