  Termite treatments

  We perform termite treatments for preventative, pre-construction and post construction. We use Termidor which is the top of the line most effective non-repellent termiticide on the market today. Bait monitor installation is also available.

  Mold Treatment

  We chemically treat the mold using a non-toxic chemical that lasts the lifetime of the wood, provided the initial water or humidity problem has been corrected. We also clean and treat drywall and other areas. The treatment comes with a one year warranty, renewable annually for a reasonable fee.

  General pest control

  We proved one time, quarterly, monthly, semi-annual or any other regular service tailored to the customer's needs to maintain a pest free pest environment. Services are guaranteed and we do not make anyone sign contracts. Our reputation and impeccable record speaks for itself.
