  Prior to venturing into real estate, Garrett spent four years at Xerox Corporation in sales, where he continuously won awards for performance achievement. In addition, he also became the youngest branch sales manager in Illinois. Garrett expanded his fortune 500 sales experience when he joined Gartner as a sales consultant. Following these experiences, Garrett decided to leave the corporate world and venture out on his own to pursue his passion in real estate. Since getting his license, real estate has continued to be his passion and hobby. Due to this, Garrett truly finds happiness in helping his clients find properties that fulfill all of their lifestyle needs. His hard work and determination will guarantee your satisfaction on your next real estate transaction.

  Brad has been involved in real estate for 10 years in the Chicago Market, and is extremely passionate about the business. Brad has also spent the last 15 years working in the print, tech, media and internet space. Brad’s career started in the print space, where he sold media for almost 10 years. Brad then spend 5 years building & leading a region of close to 100 people, as the Senior Director of Sales of a global digital marketing company for Central North America. Brad is currently a National VP of Sales for a global Digital Presence Management Company. Brad has always had a true passion in real estate, ensuring that people have the best experience possible during their search for the perfect home, or investment property. Brad feels that the “Client First” mentality is the only way to operate in business, and will make sure your experience with Chicago Property Finders is one you will want to share with friends and family. Brad grew up in Northbrook, started his college road show at University of Kansas, and barely graduated from Illinois State University, his 3rd school attended.

Before joining Chicago Property Finders, Jim worked for 20 plus years in the commercial and residential real-estate development industry. As an owner of a manufacturing facility that supplied construction materials to real-estate developers and municipalities, Jim learned the importance of developing and maintaining strong relationships. Jim was born and raised in the Twin Cities of Minnesota. He has a B. A. in Communication and Psychology from the University of Minnesota, Duluth.

  Paul Lea has been working in the property management business for the last 19 years. Paul manages the day to day operations of rental properties, conducts showings and sales of properties, manages the leasing process, and successfully works with clients on issue resolution from start to finish. Paul's passion, dedication to a high level of customer service, and expertise in real estate leads to repeat customers and high satisfaction ratings from his customers. While working in the real estate business, Paul launched his career in Communications. Paul is a graduate of Illinois State University where he received his BA in Communications and Spanish. Paul eventually transitioned to communications consulting for several years where he was a Six Sigma Black Belt, taught negotiations, customer service, and sales training courses. Paul also built course material specifically tailored to the needs of his clients, and managed multiple teams while achieving stellar results.
